Good Plans Properties, LLC is a veteran-owned, family-operated real estate investment partnership based in Chapin, South Carolina. We’re Danielle and Dustin, and together we bring nearly 40 years of combined experience in healthcare, veterinary medicine, operations, and financial leadership—along with the discipline that comes from work where details, trust, and follow-through genuinely matter.

Why Good Plans?

The name Good Plans is deeply personal to us.

We believe God has good plans for our lives—not always plans we can see clearly or understand right away, but plans rooted in purpose, service, and the opportunity to use what we’ve been given to make a difference.

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeramiah 29:11

Long before we thought of ourselves as real estate investors, we simply loved finding the potential in a property and creating a place where people could feel at home. Over the years, that interest became part of a bigger vision—one that allows us to combine our experience, resources, and love of "making a home" with something that matters even more to us: serving others.

We believe real estate can be more than a financial investment. Done well, it can provide stability, create opportunity, improve communities, and give people a place to build their lives. We want to be thoughtful stewards of the opportunities we’re given and build something that reflects our values—not simply something that grows for the sake of growth.

We’re building our portfolio intentionally and approaching it deliberately—getting to know the Midlands market, building relationships with local investors and lenders, and surrounding ourselves with good people before we scale.

Our hope is that Good Plans Properties becomes one of the ways we can use the experience, resources, and opportunities we’ve been given to serve others and live out the purpose God has placed in front of us.

Because for us, real estate has never been just about the property.

It’s about the people, the purpose, the plan, and what comes next.
